"I’ve been meaning to write to you for a long time to thank you very much for your assistance with my purchase of a walk-in bathtub from your company. I am incredibly pleased with the tub. The water stays hot for hours and I have actually spent over 2 hours in the tub with no need to add more hot water. It is the best purchase I have made in a long time and I am very happy with it. I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone looking for a quality walk-in tub at a reasonable price."
